Cancer Council Victoria manages the Achievement Program on behalf of the Victorian
Government and collects information about you to assist with your participation in the
Achievement Program; and with our planning, reporting and evaluation requirements.
Cancer Council Victoria may share the information you provide, including identifying
information, with the Department of Health and Human Services. Cancer Council Victoria
and the Department of Health and Human Services will take all reasonable steps to
protect the confidentiality of the information you provide while participating in the
By registering with the Achievement Program as a health promoter, we may share
identifying information about you with other health promoters and organisations
registered with the Achievement Program for the purpose of providing support to
organisations registered with the Achievement Program. We may provide de-identified
information to other parties for reporting, research or evaluation. Your data may also
be used to assess the effectiveness of the Achievement Program.
If you do not provide certain information, you may not be able to fully participate in
the Achievement Program. You may ask to no longer be a health promoter with the
Achievement Program and/or stop receiving communications from us at any time by
